A combination of Swedish massage and special techniques used to affect deeper layers of muscle, underlying tissue, and fascia. Deep tissue relieves chronic body pain and soreness do to muscle tension and stress. It is also excellent in freeing the body of painful knots or muscle adhesions.

Sports Massage

This massage uses specific strokes, techniques, and stretches to enhance performance and physical conditioning, decreasing risk of strains and injuries. Sports massage assists in relieving muscle stress and preventing injury, promoting greater flexibility and speeds up recover time.

Hot Stone Therapy

Comfortably heated Basalt stones penetrate tight and sore muscles stimulating circulation, relaxing musculature and reducing inflammation. You will experience a deep release of muscular stress while your therapist massages you with these warm, hand-selected stones.
